Elizabeth’s career started in early 2000’s when she started as a Host and Server at Applebee’s while going to school and earning her Associates in Management and Bachelors in Business Management from Westfield State College (now University) in Westfield, MA.

She quickly worked her way up to Management before becoming a dedicated Training Manager and spending years honing her craft.

Carl and Elizabeth got married in 2015 and returned to Westfield to start a family.  During that time, she contributed to her family’s bakery & deli at Barstow’s Dairy Farm and other businesses before returning to Applebee’s – where she still serves as the Training and Assistant Restaurant Manager on a part-time basis.
